Seriously, a lot of leaders enhance democracy by cancelling, I mean delaying elections. It's the New Democracy(TM). No participation is needed. Hell, it's practically automated. Besides, the way we've been making the world safer over the past couple of years, no one would want to attack us. We're their saviors!
